I'm having issues with the windows client as well.. I noticed that the status for the node was "error", so I removed the node and tried rejoining. Then it started hanging on "starting wireguard". Tried uninstalling the netclient with the uninstall command and now when running the client install command it doesn't seem to do anything, and netclient cant be found when trying to run it. Might need to try and reboot.
