How will, if at all, the saas app work with a custom domain?

right now you could create a self hosted tenant and use the license to setup the instance in your own environment, if that's what you are looking for...

or if you are looking to create tenant  via our platform but you need custom domains for both Ui and server, currently it's not supported but it's in the roadmap

had a busy week so i could play with saas until today. now that i try i am unable to delete networks or create a new network

on the free tier, you are limited to 1 network

but you can upgrade your instance, and then should be able to create multiple

hmmm did you add billing details? I think with our upgrade it may require that

I am unable to get any client to connect to my saas instance. no handshake

okay i think its a bug with netclient, it is tring to connect to a netmaker domain that was previously used on the host. eventhough i just used a join token from the new instance

are you still a part of the old server as well? e.g. is this a second server you are joining?

I left all networks then joined the new one. i just reinstalled and that issue is gone. but hosts still can't handshake

I am unable to get any client to connect

Tried to run "upgrade" was redirected to stripe, cancelled, went back and now I cannot do anything because it shows me -> "Billing Details Required
Please provide your billing details in Stripe."

oversight on our part...there's not currently a "downgrade" functionality. We also pushed the billing upgrades to SaaS, but should have provided a way for early testers to upgrade without entering billing details. We're working on it. In the meantime, you should be able to go to "switch tenant" and create an additional "free tier" tenant.
