    I setup everything fresh today and netclient version 0.7.2 needs 
    GLIBC_2.32
    which is not present on ubuntu20.04. So I installed netclient 0.7.1 instead. The server is running 0.7.2. Could this be related?

    Ok so it happened again but in a different way. I had only 2 peers on the network. Making one of them an egress to internet made the other one hang with high cpu usage.

    Doesn't happen if the egress gateway address range is not 0.0.0.0/0

    that is the 0.7.2 client, we just didnt update the tag in the source code

    Ok, so with your egress problem...it sounds like an egress gateway in general just makes peers hang? does this happen with all peers? is it the same peer that had the problem before?

    maybe the egress gateway starts using that himself for some reason making it hang?

    it only freezes the peer that is running on hetzner, my machine does not freeze and only if egress address range is 0.0.0.0/0.

    it froze w/out being ever set as ingress but yes, it's the one i use as ingress
